Because products are digital, specific refund terms apply.

This policy explains when a refund is possible.

When refunds apply

If a code cannot be delivered for any reason, your Telegram Stars are refunded automatically. Codes are digital products, so once a valid code is delivered and used it cannot be refunded.

• Undelivered code: automatic refund
• Invalid, unused code: contact support for review
• Already-used code: non-refundable
• Region error before use: contact support

How to request a refund

Contact support in the bot with your order id and a description of the problem as soon as possible. We may ask for simple proof (such as the error message).
